At The Frank Approach, your privacy matters. This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

• Contact & booking details: name, email, phone, and your short intake form.

• Payments: processed securely by Stripe or e-Transfer. We don’t store card numbers.

• Session records: short factual notes to support your progress (digital, password-protected; or paper, locked).

• Website analytics: basic usage data via cookies, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.

How We Use Your Information

• To book/manage sessions and communicate with you.

• To maintain minimal records that support your personal growth goals.

• To understand website performance and improve advertising.

• To meet legal obligations (for example, if disclosure is required by law or court order).

Record Retention

Client intake forms, notes, and any session-related information are kept only as long as necessary to support your coaching relationship, after which they are securely destroyed.
Payment records are handled through Stripe or Interac e-Transfer and are not stored by The Frank Approach. Business financial records are retained separately only as required by Canadian tax law.
